FINE CONCRETE BLOCKS

These bricks are produced from a mixture of exact proportions of sand, quarry dust and cement. This mixture is compacted/pressed at optimum moisture into a high-density block using a compaction machine. These blocks have wet compressive strength in the range of 5-6 MPa and moisture absorption is less than 15%. Construction of 2 -3 storeyed load-bearing buildings without R.C. Columns is possible by using these bricks. Blocks of desired sizes can be produced based on user requirement. These low-cost blocks are cured with water and burning of the bricks is not required.
